Disconnect Instagram and request deletion.

Disconnect your account

In your Planvori workspace, open Connections and choose Disconnect beside the brand’s Instagram account. This removes the saved access token and cancels queued posts. If a post is already being published, wait for its delivery status before disconnecting.

You can also remove Planvori from your Instagram account’s Apps and websites settings to revoke its permission at Meta. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published on Instagram.

Request deletion of Instagram-related data

Email info@growyourwebs.com from the email address on your Planvori account, with the subject “Planvori Instagram data deletion.” Include the Instagram username and brand name. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We will verify account ownership and remove the connection details, uploaded publishing images and delivery records associated with that connection. Tell us if you also want your saved planning posts or whole Planvori account removed. We will confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained and why.
