Using the preview

You must be at least 18, able to enter an agreement, and authorized to act for any business or client whose content you manage. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information, and contact info@growyourwebs.com if you believe your account is compromised.

What the preview provides

The preview provides brand calendars, supported calendar-file imports, editable template drafts, saved Canva design links and post approvals. See product status for current capabilities and limits. Target dates are planning dates; they do not create a functioning Instagram publishing schedule. Template output is not model-generated AI content and should be reviewed before use.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain rights you hold in your content. You give GrowYourWebs permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide and maintain Planvori, respond to your instructions, and meet applicable legal duties. This does not grant permission to use private customer content in marketing or a portfolio.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights clearance of what you import, write, design or publish, including copyright, trademarks, model releases, client authorization and required advertising disclosures. An approval inside Planvori is your review decision; it is not a legal clearance or a guarantee that a platform will accept the content.

Acceptable use

Do not use Planvori for unlawful activity, impersonation, infringement, spam, unauthorized surveillance, harassment, malware, credential collection, or access to another account’s data. Do not attempt to bypass account controls or overload the service. Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive personal data without an appropriate agreement and safeguards.

Third-party services

Canva, Google, Meta and other third parties have their own terms, permissions, availability and account requirements. Planvori is not endorsed by or affiliated with those companies. A link to a design does not transfer its ownership or license. Future provider integrations may require additional authorization and updated product terms.

Pricing, cancellation and refunds

Creating an account does not enroll you in a paid plan. AI credits are sold as one-time packs: USD $9 for 150, $19 for 400, or $39 for 1,000. Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record: Dodo is the seller shown on your receipt and card statement, issues your invoice, and calculates and collects applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. Dodo’s checkout terms also apply to your purchase. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount are displayed before payment. No subscription or automatic renewal is included. Credits do not automatically expire, cannot be transferred, are not cash or a general payment instrument, and may be used only for supported Planvori image requests. A standard 1024×1024 low-quality-setting image uses one credit; each regeneration is another request. A failed Planvori request returns its reserved credit. Deleted successful images do not return credits. Credits are delivered after verified payment confirmation.

AI generation and your own key

You can authorize Planvori to store an encrypted OpenAI key for your own requests. OpenAI bills that provider account; Planvori does not deduct hosted image credits for BYOK requests. You are responsible for your provider permissions, budget, usage and revocation. Removing the key from Planvori prevents future use of that saved key but does not revoke it at OpenAI or cancel a request already sent. Provider charges may apply even when a request times out. Never connect a key you are not authorized to use.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other outputs. Review factual claims, copyright, likeness and other rights before use. Images are flat files and are not automatically editable design layers. The initial service supports one generation at a time per account, up to five attempts per minute and 100 per day; provider limits may be lower. The history screen shows the latest 24 requests. Download images you need to retain.

Refunds and billing questions

For missing credits, duplicate charges, unused-credit refund requests or other billing concerns, contact info@growyourwebs.com with your account email and order reference, never your card details or API key. Requests are handled under applicable law and Dodo’s checkout terms. Approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved; these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund waiver. Refunds and disputes may place hosted-credit usage on hold while the balance is reviewed. Test-mode credits have no monetary value and must not be presented as real purchases.

Availability, suspension and ending use

The preview can change and may have interruptions or limitations. Export important calendars and keep copies of your source designs. We may restrict use where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect accounts or comply with law. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through support. We will handle stored information as described in the privacy notice.

Limits and mandatory rights

The preview does not include a service-level agreement, guaranteed business outcome, guaranteed platform delivery, or certification that it meets a particular regulatory requirement. Liability and available remedies are governed by applicable law. Nothing here excludes non-excludable consumer, data-protection or other statutory rights.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email info@growyourwebs.com with the subject “Planvori complaint”, your account email and, for a purchase, the order reference. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it and tell you the outcome and any next steps. For questions about a payment, invoice or tax charged at checkout, Dodo Payments can also help as the merchant of record. Contacting us does not limit any other complaint or dispute route available to you under applicable law.

Applicable law and questions

GrowYourWebs operates from India. Indian law applies where permitted, without removing mandatory protections that apply in your location. No exclusive court location is specified in these preview terms. For questions, complaints or a commercial agreement, email info@growyourwebs.com.

Instagram publishing, when available

Instagram publishing requires a supported professional account, valid Meta permissions and an active connection. The first version supports approved single-image posts scheduled between two minutes and seven days ahead. Upload a finished image; Canva editing links and the design preview are not published. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the image and caption.

Scheduling separately authorizes sending the approved media and caption to Meta and publishing to the account shown. Editing a scheduled planning post cancels its schedule. Publishing already in progress must finish before edits or disconnection. Platform outages, expired access, media rejection and delivery delays can prevent posting. Review delivery status and your Instagram account. If the outcome is uncertain, check Instagram before creating another post to avoid duplicates. Planning approval alone does not publish.
